This 1880 Union Hotel wedding of Amie and Trevor was a perfect reflection of their personalities. On one hand sophisticated, delicate and romantic like Amie, on the other hand vivid, lively and bountiful just like Trevor. The Bride and Groom’s direction for the wedding was clear: they wanted 1880 Union Hotel wedding that would blend beautifully with the surrounding of Los Alamos and their stunning historic venue. They wanted the venue to be the main design focus of their 1880 Union Hotel wedding. They kept the décor simple so as to not distract from the breathtaking historic hotel. Amie’s dress was simply stunning and Trevor made such a dapper and stylish groom. The day was magnificently planned and designed by Aly, her wedding coordinator with touch of lavender, amethyst and aquamarine, relating to the Amie’s favorite colors. The style that the couple was going for: classy elegant with a hint of vintage and a lot of fun! There were so many heartfelt 1880 Union Hotel wedding moments for bride and groom starting from seeing the emotion in Trevor’s face as Amie walked down the aisle, being so engulfed in one another during their ceremony that looked like they didn’t hear a word that the priest said to their first dance, when they felt like they were the only ones even with over a hundred pairs of eyes focused on newlyweds. Their choice of florals was very sophisticated with lots of garden style blooms and prettiest color pallet. The reception had ice cream sundae stations for all the guests with endless choices of toppings. Their DJ was amazing!! He was very personable, played everything bride and groom wanted, understood their personality and wants. He was very attentive and made the whole party dance all night. Amie and Trevor are the perfect definition to Love, and we were so happy to be capturing such strong emotions on such a beautiful day of their 1880 Union Hotel wedding and it was truly a blessed and heavenly day!
