When we came to Western North Carolina, in amazement we watched the fog lifting up from the valley over Blue Ridge Mountains during sunrise hours and it was pretty hypnotic, we knew right away that mysterious early morning fog is what we were looking for a styled shoot. The area is most known for its mountains. Ridge upon ridge of forest straddles the border between North Carolina and Tennessee. Did you know that trees put the “blue” in Blue Ridge, from the isoprene released into the atmosphere, thereby contributing to the characteristic haze on the mountains and their distinctive color, isn’t it amazing?! Outstanding scenery and opportunities make the Blue Ridge Mountains one of the most desirable locations for fine art wedding photographer. It led us up a mountain, challenging at times climb well worth every step when you get up there and see all the mystery magic of foggy mountains.
